Beautiful Home
This was a beautiful home- close to the ark adventure which was our reason for the visit. Well stocked with anything you needed and beautifully decorated. We were a group of 8 couples and there was plenty of space. Communication with Kate was so easy. Would definitely stay again when in that area!

The Ark Encounter
Great from start to finish. Excellent location if you are going to visit the Ark, truly a 5-minute drive. Lots of room for larger groups. I cannot say enough about Kate, excellent host, we travel a lot and hope that we get to work with her in the future. Don M NC

Roselawn Retreat Birthday Vacation
We loved Roselawn Retreat! Nine family members stayed for 3 nights to celebrate our parents 85th birthdays. The house is very clean, nicely decorated and has everything we needed to eat, drink and be merry! We sat on the back deck a lot and enjoyed watching a wedding take place at the Barn Venue. Great view too! There are plenty of places for everyone with basically 3 living areas and multiple tv’s. Beds are very comfortable and there are throw blankets everywhere in case you need one. Nice having a garage to leave coolers in and load and unload cars. Great location close to town -we walked to town one day- close to the Ark and Cincinnati! We would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay when visiting the ark!
The house was everything we expected and more! It was very comfortable and accommodating for our family of 10! It is situated in a very quiet, friendly neighborhood. Kate was wonderful to work with as well. We enjoyed our stay tremendously!

Trip to the Arc Encounter
Great House, it was exactly how it was listed, very Clean and plenty of room for 11 people. The host was wonderful and provided all the information we needed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It is 5 minutes from the Arc. Downtown Williamstown is close enough to walk to. I would recommend this house for anyone.

Awesome place to stay
This house is an excellent place to stay. Just down the street from the Ark. The pictures are exactly what you get just what you get is better. Extremely clean house. The beds are super comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Lots of space to spread out. My family loved it!!! The owner was so quick to respond to questions, which is not the norm. This one goes on our list to visit again.

The location is close to many tour sites. We were met with a fabulous house warming gift of caramel (my sister says "to die for"), 5 bedrooms was exactly what we need for our party of 7, five of us above the age of 57.

Family weekend
We very impressed with the house. It was very clean, had plenty of supplies (towels, dishes, soaps, etc). I cut my finger when I was splitting a bagel and was so glad that there were bandaids available in the kitchen. I did not look anywhere else in the house to see if there was a first aid kit but if there is not one, it might be helpful to provide one. This house was the perfect size for our party of eight adults. We loved the big dining room table as we played lots of games and we all able to sit comfortably at the table. Also, when I had questions prior to our arrival Kate was very prompt with her answers. We would definitely recommend this.

Our extended family of 13 had plenty of room in this lovely home! Everything we needed was already supplied - plenty of towels, kitchen fully stocked with utensils and dinner ware, cute little coffee bar, comfortable beds, and a lovely setting on top of the hill! Would have loved to stay longer, but children needed to head back to work. Kate was a great hostess and was eager to answer our questions! Highly recommend this vacation rental to our friends!!

Great home & location
The house was awesome...the whole home was very well-stocked with everyday items needed in a house, the rooms/beds were all very comfortable, the kitchen and eating area were great, and the deck and yard was really nice for relaxing and playing. The view out the back of the home is really nice! The house was very clean and very nicely decorated. We went to the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter and this home worked really well for visiting both of those cool places. The Host connected with me a couple of times to make sure that everything was going okay. She was very friendly to interact with. Thanks, Kate!

Five Minutes to the Ark Encounter
This house is very clean and comfortable. It is a 5 minute drive to the Ark Encounter which is a "must see". We were also able to walk uptown to the few quaint stores in Williamstown.

Great place to stay!
Kate and Brett, thank you for the wonderful stay and for providing so many essentials. We loved so many things about the house I’m not sure where to start. The multiple beds, larger dining table and updated furnishings were well chosen and beautiful. Our “techy” children were excited about the setup downstairs and surprisingly even enjoyed a few games of ping pong and Jenga. If anyone plans to visit the Ark, the distance couldn’t get any more perfect and what an added bonus to have the available garage space. My husband was even able to park his Harley in the garage alongside our SUV and my parent’s car. The cookies and caramel were a wonderful surprise and delicious! Again, thank you for the generosity and care you put into making your guests feel at home. We would certainly recommend your home to anyone we know headed that way!!!

Overall, very nice!
It was modern, had lots of fun amenities and a beautiful view. Overall it was very clean but unfortunately we did find some hair on our pillows and there was a ball of hair on the floor. I made the mistake of thinking I had booked 3 nights when I actually had only booked 2 and they were super kind about it and gave us time to collect our things.

Unforgettable Experience!
Stop scrolling and book this place if it is available!! When planning our trip we were surprised to find Kate's place recently become available. It was spotless and spacious for our party of 13, even better than pictured! Perfect location- only 5 minutes to the Ark Encounter and about 45 minutes to the Creation Museum. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals which saved us a ton! Our kids loved the Xbox dance and karaoke games so much they didn't want to leave.
