"The cabin was great. Perfect for a quiet get away. Holly was great to work with and answered any questions quickly. Would definitely stay again. "

Maybe she meant she went to reset It in a utility room..?? Well we went up..still not working .husband called desk . She said she had come to our room and reset it and it was fine. Who gave her permission to enter our room?????? she said she's giving us a new room..She did not mention giving us a discount ..I feel like we were owed something ..at least a damn bottle of water!! "

"The staff were so accomodating and caring when my son slipped and fell. The guy at the front desk provided all the first aid supplies we needed. I plan on staying there again of we pass through."
