When I arrived, I was made to wait for twenty minutes outside the building, communicating with someone at another location through the intercome. When they finally let me in, my room wasn't ready, although it was more than three hours after the check-in time advertised on the website. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber auch nicht so weiter zu großen Städten wie Frankfurt, Koblenz sowie Köln. Frau Meixner ist sehr freundlich, sehr nett und gastfreundlich. "

"Charming hotel set as part of a castle in an old German market town . The staff were kind and super helpful, the room was quiet and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good both at breakfast and dinner . Parking in the small courtyard was available and again the staff were helpful in finding a spot and there is always the option of the covered parking for a small fee which was high enough to accommodate a tall vehicle. I was only there for a couple of days but I wish it could have been longer . The castle gardens and views are are stunning and well worth a look "

They had left a phone number, so I had to call it to find out where the key was. This was a bit uncomfortable for me, especially when you arrive somewhere unfamiliar.”"
