Leider war die Enttäuschung groß das unsere Freunde mit Halbpension viel günstiger waren. Ein großes modernes Zimmer hatten, was unsere Laune etwas trübte. Aber tolles Wellness, und schöne ruhig Lage.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich Das Hotel ist gerade was den Wellnessbereich betrifft renovierungsbedürftig. Die Zimmer sind dank 2 Upgrades okay, Das Frühstück und Essen ist sehr gut. Insgesamt passt aber das Preis-Leistungsverhätnis , in Bezug auch auf die Zimmer überhaupt nicht.

Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam De accommodatie heeft een prachtige ligging midden in de natuur voor liefhebbers voor te wandelen en fietsen kunnen hier hun hart ophalen.

Veraltetes Hotel

Man könnte es rustikal nennen. Wurden bei Ankunft in ein nicht gereinigtes Zimmer geschickt, der Versuch das Nachbarzimmer anzubieten scheiterte aufgrund der gleichen Umstände. Wir sollten uns 30. min die Beine vertreten bzw. ein Kaffee aufs Haus trinken. Das war jeglicher Versuch der Wiedergutmachung ( für ein Hotel mit 4 Sternen in der preisklasse, 2NÄ/350€) lächerlich.. Service war langsam, keine Ahnung über angebotene Getränkeauswahl. Zimmerausstattung absolut veraltet. Schöner Balkon

Tolle Lage, tolles Team

Die Zimmer sind etwas zu alt und teilweise verlebt, aber die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend. Die Mitarbeiter sind super und immer ansprechbar. Leider ist der Preis für die Ausstattung und Zustand der Zimmer etwas zu hoch. Dennoch kommen wir gern wieder.

Erholsames Wochenende

Wir hatten das größere DZ im Nebengebäude für 2 Nächte gebucht. Der Zustand und die Sauberkeit war ok. Das Frühstück war Top. Personal in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich. Es gibt in dem Kompex 2 Restaurants wo man zu Abend essen kann. Wir haben uns für das Rustikale entschieden. Die Speisekarte ist sehr übersichtlich. Aber alles was wir bestellt hatten war vom Geschmack und von der Qualität sehr gut. Wer außerhalb essen möchte muss schon nach Willingen laufen ca. 2,5 Km oder mit dem Taxi. Es gibt noch 3 Restaurants in der Nähe. Das eine hat nur bis 18 Uhr Küche das andere hat zu unserer Zeit eine größere Seniorengruppe beköstig so das wir nicht von der Karte wählen konnten. Das dritte hatte geschlossen. Der Wellnessbereich ist für die Anzahl der Zimmer etwas klein. Aber obwohl wir am Wochenende dort waren hatten sich jedoch nie mehr wie 6 Personen dort Befunden. Also es war immer ausreichend Platz. Alles in allem war es ein erholsames Wochenende. Wir kommen wieder

Heerlijk hotel

Heerlijk weekend met onze kinderen en kleinkind. Genoten van het zwembad en de prachtige omgeving. De kamers zijn comfortabel en netjes, maar kunnen wel een update gebruiken.

Fantastische service

Traditioneel duits hotel. 2km buiten Willingen. Taxi naar Willingen is goedkoop. Zeer goede service. Personeel is geweldig. Kamer zijn standaard. De bedden zijn klein en smal. De wifi werkt niet op de kamer. Ontbijt is geweldig. Zwembad en faciliteiten zijn een plus. Leuke wandelroutes in de omgeving.
