Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles passte zu 100%. Personal: freundlich, hilfsbereit, flott. Sauberkeit im ganzen Hotel gegeben. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Der moderne Wellnessbereich ist sehr entspannend. Der Außenpool mit Blick auf die Skipiste. Das Frühstück ist sehr frisch und mit guter Auswahl. Der Latte Macchiato mit Abstand der Beste den ich bisher getrunken habe. Das Hotel ist älteren Baujahrs jedoch an vielen Stellen modernisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ganz OK

Ansprechendes Hotel mit Innen- und Aussenpool, Sauna und weiteren Wohlfühlangeboten. Badetücher, -Mantel und -Schlappen werden gestellt. Zimmer mit Balkon, Minibar (leer!) Fernseher und drei (!) Sesseln. Es störte nur der Anlieferverkehr zwischen 6 und 7 Uhr. Also besser ein Zimmer nach hinten raus wählen. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig, von 8 - 10:30 Uhr. Restaurant vorhanden. Rezeption nur eingeschränkt besetzt. Ärgerlich: Neben der inzwischen üblichen „Touristensteuer“ hat das Hotel noch zusätzlich eine Energiekostenpauschale pro Tag erhoben.

Wir waren zum Party machen in einer Männerrunde in Willingen, weil man nicht immer gleichzeitig zum Hotel zurück kommt, wäre einer zweiter Zimmerschlüssel ratsam. Leider war das Hotel nicht in der Lage einen zweiten Zimmerschlüssel auszugeben. Und leider dieses in zwei von uns gebuchten Zimmern. Frühstück und Personal aber sonst sehr freundlich.

Zimmer mit Balkon sehr groß, super Aussicht, sehr sauber,tolle Wellnessabteilung, Schwimmbad drinnen und draußen. Etwas negativ fand ich, dass die Räumlichkeiten unter zum Speisesaal sehr verwinkelt sind,mann musste aufpassen, dass man sich nicht verläuft, ansonsten top Hotel
