"This place was a real disappointment. The first room was unacceptable so we asked to be switched to a different room. The second room was not much better, but had a better location. The couch was broken down and worn out to the point that you couldn’t sit on it comfortably. It also had stains all over it…gross! The refrigerator had several dents in it. The chairs were worn so badly that I’m sure Goodwill wouldn’t even accept them! The vinyl was badly worn and coming off. I’ve seen better chairs sitting on the curb for trash day! I’m not exaggerating at all. The beds are shot and need replaced also. It was so bad that we couldn’t spend another night there…we pre-paid for 2 nights, but checked out after the first night. I asked other guests if their rooms had worn furniture also, and the answer was yes! Somebody is writing false reviews of this place to increase the ratings, but it is really bad! We checked into a different Marriott owned property and told them our experience and showed them pictures. They were shocked and said that does not reflect company standards. Do not stay here! "

"Took over 2 hours to check in due to dirty rooms. Shower head was broken after checking in. Pool waiter tried to double tip on bill till I realized and called him out. If you get pool service be sure to ask for an itemized bill before signing your receipt. "

"We stayed in Queens Bedroom with balcony at springs pool tower. The corridor seemed to be dusty, the carpet seem to be old and so was the look of the room espcially the back wall. However, th amenities nd activities outside of the room were engaging."
