"Tub did not drain well. Otherwise everything else was great"

"Because of flight delays we were very late getting to the hotel. The front desk clerk was there to open the front door. She quickly got us to our room. The room was clean and comfy. We were able to get a late checkout because I’m a Bonvoy member. It was a great experience."

"Awesome location. Surprisingly excellent fitness center. Only one elevator of three was working, which wasn’t ideal. Great overall, would definitely stay here again, hope they get the elevator sorted soon."
