Nice home - very clean, good location in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable rooms. Pet friendly - yard was a nice, big space to let the dogs run. There were a few holes in the fence that we had to cover on arrival (used extra fencing found in the yard).Overall a great stay!

The home was not as advertised: one bathroom shower with no hot water, no towels in bathrooms, floor was dirty as was table in the kitchen. No top sheets on 3 out of 4 beds, washing machine was not in working order. Dirty sheets on one bed and dirty pillow case on the other. When contacted the property POC, she admitted to knowing washing machine did not work and that the shower in one bathroom did not have hot water. She offered to send new towels via Amazon - no way to wash those with a washing machine that was not working. I asked for my cleaning deposit back, she said she had put in a claim for the deposit to be returned but it wasn’t. I would NOT recommend renting this property or any property manager by Evolve. Totally disgusting. As the washing machine was not in working order, I’m sure NONE of the bedding was clean.
