Relaxing Willsboro Waterfront Cottage

  • This 2 bedroom cottage is direct waterfront and was updated/remodeled in 2022! Very close to Indian Bay Marina/Restaurant and located on a beautiful spot of Willsboro Bay! A few miles from the town boat launch and Ausable Chasm is an amazing family day trip that is just 20 minutes away.

    Enjoy local walking and biking trails as well as great swimming off your own private dock in the summer! We provide 2 kayaks per request. We provide all linens, towels and household supplies.

    Come and relax on beautiful Lake Champlain with our beautiful views of the mountains and stunning sunsets over the water from your own private deck.

    Ferry service, including car transportation, to Vermont is easy and inexpensive.

    We also have a 3 bedroom rental home right next door for more family and/or friends to join!
