Pool was closed when we were told it was open. Then staff yelled at kids for running around. Staff was very rude at check in and check out. The TVs in bar were broken for something for the kids to do. No kids menu at the restaurant. Some restaurant staff was kind and understanding about the kids. ...

Quality Inn Newark - Wilmington
Overall a quiet stay. Staff was friendly and helpful helping me navigate the area. I would say my only issue was the broken door in the lobby but overall, i liked it. I'll be returning

Sonesta Select Newark Christiana Mall
The hotel is under construction, more noise than expected. The room was clean but found rotten food inside little fridge. Left medication in the room, contacted hotel a couple of hours after leaving and was told room was already cleaned and nothing was found. Not planning to stay there again.
