  • Welcome to this charmimg house in Wilmington. With three comfortable bedrooms, including two queen beds and double twin bed, guests have plenty of space to relax. The living room has a full size pullout couch bed plus a sofa featuring double recliners. The home features two full bathrooms, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Stay cozy or cool with heating and air conditioning throughout the house. An iron is also available for guests who like to keep their clothes looking fresh. There is washer and dryer provided. This excellent retreat offers a tremendous blend of comfort and convenience to local beaches and the Battleship USS Wilmington. Enjoy all that downtown Wilmington has to offer when you stay at our place, for relaxing and the several events and shows.

This was a beautiful small house with a lot of charm. The hosts were fantastic and made sure that everything was top notch. We had one problem while we were there and they immediately responded and took care of it immediately. I would highly recommend this house and the hosts.

The property was clean although it does smell like perhaps a smoker lived there previously. It is close to downtown Wilmington but not walkable. The host was very nice and very responsive.
