The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Cleaning Service charges an additional $150 if tenant is still in condo after 10:00AM which will be charged back to you. Please - before you depart fix up “your vacation condo” the way you found it.
Please make sure that the dishes are cleaned (dishwasher run) and if you move any of the furniture make sure that it is returned to its original location. Thank You
Lastly, please turn the AC to 78 degrees at your final departure (In Winter – turn Heat to 58 degrees)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Excellent experience

This was our second stay at this lovely property. It was well maintained, convenient and spacious. We enjoyed the entire week, and will definitely look forward to staying here again. The hosts, Michael and Michele, were very responsive to our questions, and are a pleasure to work with. They even dialed up some wonderful weather for us :-)

Home Away from Home

We enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for rest and relaxation. Can't help but to have a morning coffee and watch sun rise from deck. Perfect home away from home. Thank you such much.

Perfect for our family !

Couldn't have asked for a better stay. The condo was very clean, and so close to the beach. First floor is just up a handful of steps, so it was easy to move in and out, easy parking. Storage locker for beach items was so helpful to store our things. There is a wagon and small shade tent, plus chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, a little of everything you could want. We hit the beach every day and pool also. It was cleaned each morning. Everyone slept great in the beds, including the trundle. A week to cherish for sure, thank you.

Great upgrades & deck

We had a great 5 day stay here. The upgrades to the condo are really nice, and the deck is huge, well furnished and a terrific place to hang out when you don’t want to be on the beach. Michael and Michelle are top notch hosts. Carolina Beach is fun and low key with lots of great dining options. This is a great rental.

This condo is beautiful and has everything you need. You won’t be disappointed if you stay there. Oceanfront with wonderful deck to sit and enjoy the ocean. Have stayed there twice and hope to return.

Michele and Michael communicated very well and sent over all instructions well in advance. The view from the large balcony was great. Very quiet stay with nice people. Perfect for a family getaway or any weekend trip. Will definitely look at booking with them again!

Wonderful beach getaway

My family of 4 absolutely loved this great beach condo! Nice updated interior with a comfortable back porch that had the greatest view. Very easy access to the beach and close to all the restaurants and activities. The owners were very kind and responsive to any questions we had. We didn’t want to leave! Would definitely hope to return again!

Perfect Beachfront Luxury Condo for a Family Getaway

This spacious beachfront luxury condo, exceeded our expectations. The location was absolutely perfect, located right on the beach, offering stunning ocean views and easy access to the sand. Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay! We especially loved the huge porch and when we were at the condo, spent most of our time out there. The unit was very clean and it was a great location. Nice not having to go up many stairs but still had a great view. My daughter loved borrowing the boogie board and sand toys in the closet that we had access to and the outdoor shower and pool were well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Condo

The condo was fantastic! It was so clean and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with anything you may need to cook or bake. It really was such a comfortable place and had a lovely home feel vs just another beach condo. We loved it and will definitely stay here again.
