Charming 1 Bedroom Guest House in Wilmington, NC

1 Bedroom Private Guest House. This guest house has everything you need for a quiet getaway. It is 800 sq feet with a laundry room, bedroom, bathroom kitchen and living room. Although it is in our backyard, it is very private. You'll have your own parking space, the porch has a privacy screen and it is surrounded by trees. There are a few quirks, the floor is slightly slanted in a few places and the furniture is well loved. Still it is cozy, quiet, and has minimal decor making it a perfect place to relax. The laundry room has space for a pack and play if you are bringing children.

Just a 15 minute drive will get you to Carolina Beach, and 25 minutes to Downtown Wilmington. We have beach chairs available to use during your stay.
