This 1-story home is ready to host you, your friends & family. Located in Wilmington NC within 15 min of Wrightsville Beach, this home is in a great neighborhood. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a jetted tub in the master bath for your relaxation. It has a custom closet in the master bedroom should you desire to reserve longer. In the back yard, there is an outside deck area, a fire pit and charcoal grill; surrounded by natural vegetation. A spot you will surely
The space
This is has a 3-bedroom, 2 bath home. One bedroom has 1 set of bunk beds (twin size); one bedroom has 2 full size beds, the master has a king bed. There is also a pull-out sleeper sofa in living room.

There is a private rear yard which includes a shed with a deck in the front of it. Two tables & 6 chairs & extra chairs are in garage. There is a fire pit & charcoal grill for your use.
Guest access
The main house, garage & outside yard space are available. Locked owners closet & shed are not accessible to guests.
Other things to note
Centrally located to grocery stores (3 min), restaurants and shopping at Mayfaire town center (7 min). Only 5 minutes from Ogden Park. You can pretty much travel any place in Wilmington within 15-25 minute drive.

Wrightsville Beach is 15 min away, while Carolina Beach is 35 min away; Myrtle Beach hour and a half; White Lake 45 min.
