Located less than 5 minutes from water access and approximately 15 minutes from Carolina Beach, Wrightsville Beach, and historic downtown Wilmington, this centrally located retreat makes it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer while still having a peaceful place to unwind. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler for our guest's. Looking to get out on the water? One of your hosts, Captain Benny, is a local USCG-licensed captain offering island-hopping charters, sunset cruises, and water taxi service to Masonboro Island — just minutes from the property. Guided kayak tours may also be available. Please inquire for availability and pricing.

Great place to stay for a chill beach weekend! Quiet residential area. Camper is next to host’s house but the way it’s parked, you have privacy. Host was very kind and great communication, we also booked with his boat charter service and had a wonderful experience with that as well.
