This clean, fully renovated one-bedroom home has it all!

From the moment you step foot inside you will enjoy an open, fully renovated interior with full kitchen (no dishwasher), coffee/tea bar, dining table for two, and living room with 58" high definition smart television. The bedroom has a KING size bed, closet, and additional 58” smart TV. The full bathroom has a custom shower with rain shower head and regular shower head, custom quartz countertops, and stacked laundry machine.

Amazing location right in the middle of everything Wilmington has to offer! Just ten minutes from the beach and ten minutes from downtown's historic riverfront.

Large deck with gas grill and outdoor shower perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.

Reliable high speed internet and designated workspace makes this a great place to stay connected with work.

First off extremely clean , new build an appliance, big TVs . Close to everything in the area . Loved the time with my will definitely book again when are in town .
