Room wasn’t ready until after 5:30 pm when check n was 4:00 pm we had two kids also website said restaurant onsite not true had to take kids keep busy until room was ready Unbelievable not acceptable to have to wait that long for a room that was booked in advance.

Everything was great customer services was great, hotel was close to Everything, bedding was comfortable. This was our second time staying at this location and we'll be back in September.

It was easy to make a reservation. The room was dirty,no one came to reclean it. There was no iron or board to press your clothes,and no refund was offered

Wilmington Marathon
I volunteered at the last minute for the Wilmington Marathon. I was glad that this room was available. The front desk staff were receptive and professional. I was greeted each time I walked into the lobby.
