Staff was amazing and river view room was lovely. It is absolutely time for them to reupholster all of the common area furniture and some of the room furniture. It was dingy and worn; and the quality of the room cleaning needs improving. There were crumbs inside the pull-out sofa, so we didn't use it. And there was no comforter for the pull out sofa. Coffee was not good. Great location. Great staff. Great view from room.

I am impressed by the staff, how very helpful they are when me and my family stayed at your hotel. The downside of our stay was when we got inside I have observed that it was not clean. There’s bathroom towels ( appeared to me that were used ) hanging from the wall bathroom door. Some condiments were not arranged properly. I called them and they cleaned it again and I thankful for their helped.

Not a bad place, bed was comfortable. There were some stains in the sheets. The location is good along the river walk. Don’t plan on breakfast there, at least quickly. Most of the items were empty and there were no bowls or forks. The front desk got an employee when asked but he had to catch up and it took some time. They also charge for parking. I think they could include it at that price.
