North End Condo at Sand Fiddler's Beach Access

  • 1BA/1.5 BA condo 1 block from the beach. Pool located behind our building. Condo includes full kitchen, queen sized bed in bedroom and queen air mattress to be used in living room for extra guests. Charging station with lightning, micro USB and USB-C plugs. Laundry room with washer and dryer included, as well as all linens. Hear the ocean from the front balcony and walk to the pier for fishing, food and fun. Beach chairs, umbrella and wagon provided for your use. Unit is the first floor above ground level parking.

The unit LOCATION is perfect! A block away from beach, with partial ocean view from balcony. Check in process was smooth, quick, and ready before check in time. Picture to the unit accurate. We stay 2 nights ( sleep only), walking distance to the beach, enough parking spaces, pet friendly(unit, and building), didn’t use the kitchen, working wifi. **The unit needs to be fix specially the popcorn ceiling in the bathroom was coming off(already mentioned by another guest but never fix since still is an issue), and water spot too, not sure if the owner, and or manager are aware of the unpleasant sewer smell coming from the bathtub, bathroom sink when the water runs(could be a location/building issue idk but needs attention asap).

Perfect Couple Getaway

My husband and I desperately needed a break. We decided a beach trip would suffice, and the location, cleanliness, helpfulness/ responsiveness we received from this place was all around great. A plus was that our fur babies got to vacay the weekend away with us!

Beach getaway wknd

I chose this property because of its close proximity to the beach and allowed dogs. The property is as described, it's cute and cozy. Plenty of parking for guests. Super easy to walk around the area, to the pier or on the beach- which is literally half a block away. The host is very nice and amazing to work with. I really enjoyed my weekend but as always it was too short! I would definitely stay here again!!

The condo was roomier than expected and pretty clean. Internet was good, which was important. Especially loved that it was pet friendly! Being able to sit on the balcony and see the ocean from our spot made was the R&R we needed. The neighborhood is nice, many pets and everyone was friendly.
