Convenient business location with great access to local offices and restaurants. Rooms are clean and spacious. Lobby has comfortable areas to gather. Breakfast was hot and had a good mix of the usual options in this price range.

Great Stay

I liked the way the room was set up. It was clean as well. Getting off the elevator you can smell the clean carpet. They must have just had them cleaned. I was very happy with the stay.

I already reached out to Marriott and I recd a partial refund. While the staff was friendly and somewhat helpful the room was extremely small, no addl pillows were provided for the bed and no pillows were provided with the linens for the couch. And more importantly we had to park on the street!

The 2 night stay was excellent. The cleanliness is top notch, and ai am very particular about cleanliness! The beds are very comfortable, staff is very courteous and helpful. We had no issues at all.

The hotel is very nice and the area is great. Samuel, the valet, was awesome! Great customer service. On the other hand, the pregnant woman we dealt with on checkout had 0 customer service skills and is the reason I gave this 3 stars - otherwise our stay was excellent.

Great overall, parking is tricky

Check-in was a bit tricky due to the lack of temporary parking in front. We were able to leave our car in the middle of the street with our hazard lights on. Once we checked in though, the room was spacious and quiet. The parking is 24.00 a day and limited. I would estimate there were about 20 spots. I would stay here again if I needed to, but there were other hotels in the area that might be better suited.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming! We did find an unused condom on the floor. But other than that the room was very clean! Some carpeting was missing in a small spot but nothing major!

Perfection… except the shower

Everything exceeded expectations. The room was amazing, the bed was super comfy, staff was super friendly, and even breakfast was great. However, I took one shower and it was HORRIBLE. I jumped in fairly quickly after turning the shower on and turning the handle completely on the hottest setting. The first 4-5 minutes were a little warmer than lukewarm. Then the temperature was nice and kinda hot… for about 2 minutes. Then I got shocked by freezing cold water. Put such a damper on my morning, but literally everything else about this hotel was perfection.

The rooms were nice and clean and the area felt relatively safe, however there was zero parking anywhere so we had not choice but to use the valet which costs $35 and is not reimbursed by the hotel! Nowhere does it state that you will be billed this much for parking. The front desk also seemed annoyed and like they were going out of their way any time a question was asked.

Comfortable but extra 34$ for parking

If you have a vehicle, the only available hotel parking costs 34$ USD with a valet. The valet service is from 7h00 to 23h00 and you can expect a delay to get your car during morning hours. The room was nice and comfortable but there were some issues with the water fausset, drawers, and shower accessories. The overall experience was good. The breakfast was also served in a different space than usual due to ongoing renovations inside the hotel. They provided boxes to carry the food back to your respective room.

A fight for everything

Had to force them to honor my reservation several times. Kept telling me "that's between you and Expedia" when I explained I'd paid for something already and the "glitch" was in THEIR system, not Expedia's. Had to fight for the type of room, but also after they acted like one of my employees was a no-show, when he'd already checked into and SLEPT IN HIS ROOM the night before. Didn't have towels in my room, and when I asked for some, they lied and told me there weren't any clean ones in the whole hotel. I say lied because, when pressed, they miraculously found 2. Honestly the worst hotel staff I've encountered in my life. Never felt more like a Karen, and it's 100% their fault. Housekeeping and facilities were great, however.
