Great landscaping and breakfast! Though tidy, the room was a little dirty, some grossness. Pizza boxes left in the oven. Mouse droppings under kitchen sink. Walls and laminated menu with splattered gunk. Carpet badly stained in places. One of the lamps had a shade hanging on barely. Looked like someone had quite a party! Great spaces and potential, but need to get a handle on cleanliness.
