My stay was fine. The door required a lot of force to close properly. If I didn't make sure it locked, anyone could have come in or the door could have swung open with the wind. There was also a crack at the bottom of the door and mosquitos kept coming into our suite and biting us. The toilet, bathtub and bathroom sink were clean. Linens were clean. The kitchen was disgusting. Under the sink where the trash can is there is wet and damp and stinks. The buttons on the microwave were caked in mystery stickiness. If the kitchen had a solid deep clean it would have been a lot nicer of a stay. Staff was very friendly.

Front desk was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately we were in a "compressor room" which meant that the AC compressor outside our window would switch on periodically throughout the day and night making it difficult to stay asleep. We told the front desk because we thought it was broken, and were told "There are about 8 of those rooms on property." This would have been helpful information ahead of time as we would have switched rooms. Also, these rooms should be discounted. Other than the lack of sleep from the noisy compressor, the suite itself was clean and well maintained and the staff was friendly.

The exterior is a bit daunting upon arrival. It apparently was a worn down apartment complex at one time, but in saying that, these studio apartments are everything you need. Since they appear to house people for lengthy periods, our cabinets were worn with loose hinges and tar on the carpet. I trust we’ll not be charged for damages that came before us. Note the staff were fantastic and helpful!

Had a problem with the cleanliness of my unit entrance and the picture quality of several TV channels. The entrance looked like trash bags and or diapers had exploded. I requested they fix the problems, but during the stay there was no resolution. Overall the facility presented well. I told them about the TV problems and there didn't appear to be any attempt to fix it.
