You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

The Kure for all your troubles.

EVERYTHING in this home is well maintained, from sparking granite counter tops, floors, appliances, beds and the kitchen sink. Nothing was spared.

Location, location, location. Our house is a short walk to life guard protected family beaches (3 minutes). This two bedroom, two bath oasis boasts amenities galore including a fully functional kitchen with breakfast bar. There is central air conditioning and a great deck.

The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need..blender, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, glasses, etc. My goal is for you to bring your clothes, your bathing suit, and your beach chairs, nothing else. The home also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

We have a XBOX 360 with games, board games, etc..just in case you want a break from the beach. When you’re ready to go to the beach, just walk 4 minutes down the road and you are in the heart of Kure Beach!!
We have a wagon to pull your beach stuff. Park your car in one of our two driveways and you won’t need it again!
We have a new enclosed outside shower.
The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, a full bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a full bed, a twin bed, and a bunk-bed. There is also a twin cot, if needed. There is a second full bath with stand up shower with a bench

Check in is after 3 P.M. Check out is 10 A.M. ( to allow for cleaning )

Also, if you need a Real Estate Agent when you are in town we'd recommend Roy Erwin at Intracoastal Real Estate. He can be reached at 910-524-6661. Roy’s a great guy who really knows the area and housing market extremely well.

One last note. This is a duplex my wife and I live up stairs. Each living space is completely separate from each other.

The property was exactly as described. Very spacious and well maintained. Owner was great to work with , very accommodating. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was super stocked as well as bathrooms with extra linens. The wagon was an extra bonus . Patio out back was wonderful place to drink coffee and hangout . Ready walk to beach with 2 toddlers. Fantastic property and location

The house was perfect for our family of 5 and is in a great location away from the main access traffic to Carolina Beach and just a few miles from Fort Fisher beach.

This was everything i could have asked for and more. Mark was a fantastic host. The place is bigger than you would expect. Fantastic for families of all ages. I have an 8 month old and he even had a high chair for the table. There was a toy chest, a ride on toy for young children, gaming systems to play, AMPLE room for a family and the pullout couch was even comfortable to sleep on. The shower was amazing and had a built in chair which made washing up for my disabled mom a breeze. We had brought a shower chair in case but ended up not needing it. So so spacious and a wonderful stay. 10/10 I plan on visiting a few times a year now.

Fishing trip

The house and amenities were impressive. The house has everything you need for an enjoyable visit. The finishes in the kitchen and bathroom were high end with quality sheets and towels. I can’t wait to visit again next year.

Great location

We had a great time! It was a short walk to the beach where we spent much of our time. We enjoyed the beautiful patio mom the evenings. The house was equipped with everything that we need.

House was in walking distance to multiple restaurants and to Beach. House was in good shape and well taken care of. Host was pleasant and reached out to me through text message letting us know if we needed anything to let him know. Will definitely stay there again.

Very nice property, clean, very close to the beach. Safe neighborhood, close to the pier for fishing. The host/owner was very helpful. They had extra stuff to use while we stayed, such as a small pull behind cart, toys for the small ones. I will definitely take my family back again in the future.

Best Place Ever!

This was the best stay ever! The house was phenomenal.. it was so clean you could literally eat off the floor. Fully stocked with everything you could need and then some. Peaceful Getaway

Mark The owner of this home was wonderful. It is clean and well equipped. The neighbors are very nice and friendly. It is close to the beach and the pier. Many places nearby to eat. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a GREAT beach vacation experience.

Great get away, very kid friendly

This has been our favorite beach house rental to date. The living, kitchen, dining area is open concept and felt bigger than I expected from the pictures. One of the things I loved about this place was not only that it was well equipped but it also had storage space for our things so we could get out things out of the way making for a much homier, enjoyable stay. The kids toy box was a nice surprise for our almost 2 and 4 year olds. It was rather hodgepodge but that seemed to be half the fun for my kiddos. The beach was just a short walk away and I love having the outdoor shower and hose to keep the sand out of the house.
