"Booked a luxury suite. Staff was friendly, and professional. Breakfast was cheap "cheese wiz instead of cheese slices" for breakfast sandwich. I was traveling alone on business; wasn't allowed to use the pool or hot tub due to there rules. I had a vape; needed to go outside to use it. Water in shower, & sinks took awhile for hot water to come out. There systems in place made it a place I'll most likely never book a stay at again as the value wasn't there for the money spent. Good staff; unfortunately the systems in place ruined my experience."

But they swiftly organized it out and insured that I still had a place to say as they figured out what was going on. I had a great experience staying over here! "
