  • 120 sqm holiday apartment on a large, video-monitored property, 1st floor (accessible via staircase) with a beautiful view of the garden and pool. Free parking. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher/washing machine/stove/coffee maker/kettle/toaster/microwave/refrigerator/freezer/dishes/glasses/dining area with chairs. Mosquito screens (except balcony door) Living room African/Cuban style (dining table with 6 chairs; shelves with decorations, Book library and games; laminate flooring and high-floor carpet) 3x Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, sound bar, Blue Ray player, electric fireplace. Bedroom 1: 2 x 2 m bed, wardrobe, baby bed + TV. Bedroom 1 box spring bed for 2 people + sofa bed, TV. Wardrobe and shelves. Bathroom: bathroom furniture with bathtub; toilet; laundry basket; towels. There is a newly built pool on the property (usable from mid-May to September). usable from May to the beginning of October) and a smoker. Total number of guests max. 4 people.

Schöne Wohnung am Rand von Dresden

Die Wohnung ist schön und geräumig und bietet alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hat uns alles erklärt und war für Fragen erreichbar. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns ideal. Man war mit dem Auto schnell in der Innenstadt und wohnt dennoch ruhig.

5 unvergessliche Tage mit unseren Enkelkindern bei Herrn Hofmann

Die Ferienwohnung in Ihrer Größe, Aufteilung und Einrichtung entsprach mehr als unseren Vorstellungen.Es war alles genau so beschrieben, wie im Online - Inserat.Der Pool war das größte Highlight, die Enkelkinder haben sich sehr gefreut, weil sie nichts davon wussten. Unser Gastgeber Herr Hofmann war sehr sehr nett, absolut Hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns bei allen Fragen geholfen und war telefonisch immer zu erreichen. Wir Planen dort auf jedenfall noch einmal unseren Urlaub. TOP!!!!!! Für die Enkelkinder und uns ein wunderschöner, gelungener und unvergesslicher Urlaub Vielen Dank noch einmal LG.Familie Cz.aus Dortmund

Traumhafte Wohnung

Sehr gepflegtes, gemütliches und geräumiges Anwesen. Alles noch sehr neu. Sehr für Familien zu empfehlen (Comics, Spiele, Disney+). Freundlicher und unkomplizierter Vermieter, der im Untergeschoss stets hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend war. Gute 20min bis Dresden City. Der Pool ist natürlich unglaublich. Gerne wieder. Fam. Schmidt
