Evergreen Modern Cabin is on private acreage several driveways away from our Luxury RV Park and Farmhouse Cottages. It is very quiet and secluded, close to but facing away from Northstar and Wildbird Modern Cabins.

Plan to relax and rejuvenate while staying in Evergreen. Imagine sipping freshly brewed coffee on the front porch, admiring the Hill Country forest and canyon view. While some folks stay here to get away from it all, it’s only a five minute drive along the Blanco River into town for shops, restaurants, and activities. When you return for the evening, kick back and savor the stargazing. Wimberley is an International Dark Sky Community with a very exciting night skies. We love summer nights listening to cicadas and whippoorwills and winter nights with total silence. Enjoy the plush furnishings and decor in our modern cabin. Evergreen is bright and cozy with a well-appointed, full kitchen - a real luxury retreat.

Pet policy:
Evergreen Modern Cabin does a NOT permit animals of any kind. On a nearby property, both our Jackrabbit Farmhouse and Summermoon Farmhouse are small dog friendly.


Rules:
You must review the rental agreement prior to booking.
Check-in is anytime after 4PM and check out by 11AM.
Self check-in with keypad; code will be sent to you prior to check-in.
Quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM.
No smoking, parties, or events.
Parking for two vehicles only.
-We do not permit guests or vehicles not on the reservation. If you plan to have a friend visit, please get our permission in advance.
-Please follow the posted house rules.
-Upon check-out, please turn off all lights/fans, take bagged trash to the dumpster at the property entrance, and wash dishes.

Fantastic cabin! It was such a relaxing stay at the Evergreen Cabin! Beautiful back deck that we used a lot, to read/drink coffee. The pool was a short walk away and most times we had it to ourselves. We will definitely be coming back in the fall!

We had the best time at this cabin! The place is obviously brand new and it has everything you need. The layout of the house is great and the view is breathtaking! Lots of big giant rocks and a steep drop off into a ravine at the bottom of the hill so keep that in mind if you have small kids.

This was THE perfect getaway. It was just one of the those times where it was effortless and everything fell right into place and therefore just meant to be! Nothing but good things to say about this property and would definitely stay here again...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
