Please note that we live on the property and that our small schnoodle dog sometimes goes out. We may cross paths entering or leaving the property but we leave most of our interactions with guests to be via the app.

- We use an approved partner 3rd party app for some of the following
- A SECURITY DEPOSIT of $200 OR $50 damage waiver will be required
- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement.
- Pet fee is $100 per pet
- A max of 2 dogs of no more than 50 pounds are allowed per stay
- Guests must bring their own consumables such as charcoal, lighter fluid, firewood, etc... or request from us before check-in time.
- Full rental agreement available upon request or available in digital guidebook after booking
- Some examples of fees that could be charged to the safety deposit;
- Items removed from the property
- Excessive cleaning or smoking inside
- Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs
- Unauthorized or undisclosed pet
- Unauthorized guests
