This ground-floor apartment will charm you with its brightness and two terraces and gardens.

It comprises an entrance hall, a spacious living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, two good-sized bedrooms (one with two single beds 90x200 cm and the other with a double bed 140x200 cm), and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. A dishwasher and washing machine are provided.

Nature lovers will appreciate the 30-minute walk to the sea from the residence via walking trails.
