Pleasant new ecological house located 100 m from the sea in a quiet area and set back from the traffic.
It is located in the beautiful seaside resort of Wimereux, close to Boulogne sur Mer, in the unique site of Les Deux Caps, starting point of many strolls.
The house sleeps 6 persons and is composed of 2 bedrooms including 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. There is a bedding area in the Mezzanine with a 160 cm high quality sofa-bed.
On each floor, there is a bathroom and a toilet (with an independent downstairs toilet). There is an open plan kitchen opening onto the living room and the garden where you can cook with high quality utensils. The decoration is refined and the comfortable fittings should allow the holidaymakers to have a pleasant stay.
The gîte boasts of a fenced parking place for a vehicle and a storage room for water activities equipment, bikes or other things.
A nice and fully fenced garden will wait for you when you’ll come back from the beach or to relax.
The town centre is 5 min by foot and boasts of all the shops and necessary amenities for a perfect stay and to find tasty local products. There are many tourist activities in the surrounding area: Naausica Centre National de la Mer, Cap Blanc Nez, Cité Internationale de la Dentelle and Station voile du Boulonnais.
The owner is State-certified in water sports so he can guide you and/or supervise when you’ll practice different activities.
Motorway A16 at the gates and at the outskirts of the town.
