Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place conveniently located in Winchester, TN. Close to the TVA dam, Tim's Ford Recreation area of Cline Ridge including popular fishing spot on top of the dam, Tim's Ford boat ramp and public use area, Jack Daniel's Distillery, Twin Creeks marina, Tim's Ford State Park, golf courses, and more!

Upstairs, there is one master suite with a king bed and private bathroom with a shower and separate soaking tub. Enjoy lake views from the bathroom and from the back deck! Also upstairs, is a Queen suite with private full bathroom, and access to the rear deck to overlook the dock as well.
Downstairs in the walk-out basement level, there is a bunk room with 2 Twin XL beds, and a sofa with Twin trundle from West Elm hotel collection. The bunk room has their own full bathroom as well. Also downstairs, is another Queen suite (or secondary master) with private full bathroom. Laundry room is also downstairs.

Built by Legacy Lake Homes, this custom designer home is a wonderful getaway! Enjoy your own private dock and the quiet cul-de-sac street.

Starter supply of household supplies (toilet paper, paper towel roll, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags) included with mini shampoos, conditioners, lotions, and soaps.

Please bring your own fire wood for the fire pit and lake towels for your stay. Also don’t forget the coffee grounds for the drip coffee maker.

We have all been friends for 10+ years and needed a getaway together, the whole house was so nice and clean, and the dock for our pontoon/ fishing and fire pit were our favorite places! Would totally recommend and think about staying here again!

Family Fun

This house was perfect for family fun. The marina was close so renting a boat was easy. It was nice to enjoy family time around the fire pit. We also had fun fishing off the dock.

Nice Property

I had a great time, but we happened to be there on a weekend when the lake was up 4 feet. I'm not sure what you would do if the water level were low, and if you weren't very comfortable with your boat, it is not recommended for newcomers. Additionally, the bunk room was the only access to the lower level, so getting there through the teenager's room led to arguments within the family, apart from walking around to the front door. Overall, it was a nice house and a good experience!

A second excellent stay

This trip was our second time at this house, and it was terrific again. With 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, it has plenty of room for everyone to have space and privacy. We enjoyed the fire pit and kayaks, and the kitchen has everything we needed to prepare meals. Another excellent experience.

The house is wonderful. It is new, wonderfully furnished and had just the right amount of space for our group. We enjoyed the fire pit for s’mores, as well as the grill, and appreciated the view and the quiet and peaceful neighborhood. All the arrangements were easy. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful New Home on Tim Fords Lake

The house is beautifully decorated and new, having 4 bedrooms each with bathrooms was perfect for my family of 7. The neighborhood was very quiet and there are many nice hiking options near by. The house is about 2 hours from Nashville and 1hour and 15 minutes from Huntsville Alabama which allowed us to do day trips.

Fun for everyone!

I cannot rave enough about this property. ever bedroom has its own bathroom, both levels have porches that over look the water and the dock is perfect for lounging. The water in the area was great for swimming and we took the kayaks out! No issues with anything, cannot wait to book again!

Our second time in this beautiful home

This was our groups second time staying in this lovely lakeside property. We love that the home has its own dock so we could tie up our boat and not have to trailer it at the end of a fun day on the water. The layout is perfect for individual families and decor is very comfortable and lovely. Tara is great with communication and we hope to be back next year. Thanks for making our lake getaway memorable a second year in a row!

Brand New Luxury Lake House!

We really enjoyed our stay. This lakehouse is brand new and has been furnished with very nice high quality furniture and home goods. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms which was great. I appreciated having a fire pit and access to a private dock which we used to tie up our own boat we brought with us. Being positioned near the end of the cove was also nice so you didn’t have to worry about other boat traffic. Would highly recommend staying here!

Love It Oar Leave It

Our family stayed here while attending a family reunion with our family who live in Tennessee. We loved this beautiful home with space for all 10 people. Our teens and 10-year-old loved kayaking and the fire pit for making S-Mores! Tara was wonderful with communicating and answering any questions. We hope to stay here next year for our family reunion!

We THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The Host was gracious, kind & an excellently detailed communicator. The home was very comfortably furnished & we loved that each room had it's own private bathroom. Everyone had so much fun playing off the dock and it was nice to be the last spot in the Cove so that the kids could swim safely without boats passing by. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful home!

We wanted our family lake trip to feel like a retreat. Lake It Or Leave It fit the bill! It was so nice and a great spot for our family. The home is beautifully and expertly decorated, nicely stocked and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed (minus some kitchen scissors!) We loved getting to stay at a nice posh place while still being relaxed and chill at the lake. Our kids looved the kayaks and they had fun fishing off the dock. We enjoyed roasting s’mores over the fire pit pit back. The house is on a quiet street and felt peaceful. Lots of spots to perch on the multiple balconies and overlooking the water. A few notable things that aren’t bad, but worth considering if looking to stay here…. there is no bathroom on the main floor. They are only in the bedrooms (2 downstairs and 2 upstairs). The outdoor access to the back patio/firepit is in the bunk room. This wasn’t an issue for us, but could be a consideration with multiple families staying for privacy reasons. There are no stairs down to the dock and it’s a bit steep. Could be a bit difficult for some to get to the dock. Only 1 of the beds is King (it is a sleep number, so that’s kinda fun!). The owner, Tara, was quick and responsive on her communication when I needed to reach out. Overall, this is a beautiful home where we felt we could relax and enjoy the beauty inside and out. We would stay here again.

Overall the home was very nice and had everything that we needed for our stay.

In full disclosure the unit was NOT ADA compliant, nor did it have a bathroom on the mail level. Had to direct guest to go down a flight and half to used the restroom thru my bedroom. My sister and husband were in the main suite which was OMG very nice. She was only able maneuver the steps twice a day once down for be with the family and up for bed . For the size of the home I expected at least a restroom in the main level. The driveway was very steep we actually parked on the street. My brother in-law was able to park so my sister could easily get from the car into the home. As many time as we looked at the home I thought the home had a main floor bedroom. Maybe in your description of the Home you should disclose that the home is NOT ADA Compliant and doesn't have a convenient bathroom on the main level. I had talked to Tara about the bedroom situation prior to coming down from Boston. She offered me another home that was way further out and much more money than I had budgeted. I told her that we'd deal with it, but it wasn't easy. I think I should receive some compensation for the discomfort for my Sister not being able to maneuver the stairs and be able enjoy the outdoor amenities. We did not have a view the lake on the front side as shown in early pics, only the stream in the back with the dock. Hope this helps you with you future bookings. Gordon Taylor

Gorgeous lake retreat

This was the perfect home away from home for our group of 6. The home is beautifully decorated and wonderfully laid out. Each bedroom had its own private en suite bathroom which is top priority to us when we have several families. There was an abundance of dinnerware and cooking utensils - We didn’t need to bring anything in order to cook in each night. The dock was perfect for tying up our boat for the weekend and if it had been cooler we definitely would’ve taken advantage of the fire pit. We didn’t use the kayaks, but definitely a nice touch. The home was spotlessly clean which always is a plus. Tara was great to communicate with and we hope to be able to stay at this wonderful home again in the near future! Thanks again for a wonderful getaway!

Great 4th of July weekend getaway

House was amazing! Everything you needed. Host explained everything in detail to checkin and check out! Loved having a dock to put our boat and jet ski right at the house ready to go out on the water everyday! Will definitely book again! Would have loved to have a few built in steps on the small slope down to the boat dock but still worked out great! Thanks!
