Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Guests acknowledge they are responsible for and will be charged full cost for any damages that may occur during their stay that are not covered in addition to the repair and or replacement fees.
Inventory of house furnishings is checked after each stay. Guests acknowledge responsibility for cost of any permanent items removed/stolen during their stay.
If you are staying at the home on a Wednesday night, we ask that you please place the trash bin at the street, for Thursday morning pickup and bring it back to the house after it is emptied.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
