Welcome to our completely renovated historic home that sits on 1 acre across the street from Twin Creeks Village/Marina. Plenty of room for a large family or group at our 4BR/3BA home featuring 2 upstairs bedrooms, bonus room with kitchenette. Bring your own boat and trailer! Public beach and boat ramp are 0.3 miles away. Less than 1 mile from Winchester square offering dining and movie theatre. Minutes away from Jack Daniels distillery, spectacular views, hiking and golf on Monteagle Mountain.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS: -Please load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it with a dishwasher tab. (supplied under kitchen sink) -Please set the thermostat to 74 degrees on all units.
