"Couldn't fault our stay. Staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient. Room was very clean. Breakfast, included, had a large selection of hot and cold items and being self service was quick. Evening meal was excellent and about the same price as trekking into Bowness on a cold wet evening."

"Great experience here. Facilities are great, spa fantastic, views even better, breakfast and other food options are just right. Rooms were and other interiors are clean and very well presented. Parking is by the door and easy accessed. If I’m being really picky (didn’t impact stay) - clearly making improvements so the outside had a lot of building equipment around made outside look a little scruffy and the spa area needed a bit of a tidy during the day as a bit of glassware left lying around. Overall, a great hotel and brilliant to stay. "
