"We stayed in the Revere Suite over Memorial Day weekend and unfortunately the experience did not match the premium price. We paid approximately $1,300 for two nights and encountered multiple issues during our stay. The ceiling leaked onto the couch, the balcony door did not lock, and the side entrance to the suit also failed to lock, creating a security concern. The stove was not functioning, and there was an exposed wire on the deck. We were also disappointed that the advertised mountain view was very limited from our suite. The soaking tub was large and attractive, but the bath water was brown/ yellow discolored & never fully cleared. The listing also indicated amenities and services that were unavailable during our stay. The television channels were extremely limited and largely in German rather than the expected programming. In addition, staff entered the unit without prior notice, which was unexpected and made us uncomfortable. We were also disappointed that the listing featured a photo showing a Jacuzzi on the porch balcony, but there was no Jacuzzi present during our stay. We were disappointed that advertised bathrobes were not provided when we arrived. This felt misleading and contributed to our overall dissatisfaction with the accuracy of the advertised amenities. The location required about a 30-minute drive to reach the Catskills and nearby hikes. We were also charged an additional $69 fee without any clear explanation. The maintenance, amenities were awful."

"Family Weekend Getaway. This is our 4th time at this property. Our first time was a year ago during Memorial Day Weekend. Although it was a very droopy weekend, Wylder made it an unforgettable moment . Enough to come back several times. May 16 weekend was one if the best, the weather was perfect, the food as always delicious and the staff amazing. Wylder will always be a perfect location with or without kids/furry babies . I am all ready looking for our next weekend getaway. "

Cozy Catskill Condo - 2 Mi to Windham Mountain Ski

"The company that manages this property cancelled my stay... I am Canadian and traveling for business. My bank flagged the original transaction as suspicious (since the transaction was in the USA while I was physically in Canada). I got things sorted with my bank and called the property management company to explain and pay for my stay. The phone operator was comprehensive of my situation and I got to send the FULL payment to complete the transaction (got emails and stuff confirming the transaction and stay). Unfortunately, the credit department of the Property Management Company refused my booking because of the aforementioned situation with my bank. Even if though the payment was processed and I got confirmation, they got back to me saying they HAD to cancel my booking on the account that "my credit score was the issue"... Absolute nonsense! I was looking forward to this stay and can't imagine booking with "Evolve Vacation Rental", the property management company ever again. I am sure that the condo would've been great (good location, fair price and nice amenities), but the property management company ruined it for me."

"We loved our stay here, the place has so much charm and very nice lighting throughout! The view from the deck is gorgeous and it's great for spending some time in the sun and out in nature. The hot tub was perfect size for four of us and so relaxing after a day spent traveling. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was so nice, we loved the rainfall shower head. The house is close to town and easy to get around from. We would definitely come back here again! "
