Staff were amazing! Breakfast was delicious, however the menu and allocated inclusive points you have to order other items not included in said points needs more clarity! The downside were the showers, we only stayed for 1 night but didnt use them as they looked horrible and need to be removed and new ones installed. The air conditioning units need a clean also, mine felt like dust was being blown out. Location great, just fix the showers and give the air conditioning a good regular clean.

Excellent stay

Excellent stay. Breakfast was very good, we had the option of choosing a meal from the breakfast menu which, was perfect for us since we don't eat meat. Kids enjoyed the waffles and fresh fruit. Would be perfect if it had a microwave.

Great value for money. It's not fancy but it delivers a comfy bed in a clean room. The staff are warm and relaxed. The food is tasty. And the hotel is well placed for shopping and activities in the centre of town.

The property is amazing, great space to be. The room is so comfortable and good place to be with family. The kids have a they own space where they can play. If I have to go back to Windhoek with family, that will be the first place to think. Thanks for the hospitality.

Need improvement in the rooms

The place is excellent in the centre, next to shopping mall. Unfortunately my room was next to a busy road with no view. The double bed was very uncomfortable, noisy every time you turn, and the outside lights outside the window was burning through the night, no dark curtains... Very tired the next day. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was supper.

It was a very small room with air conditioning that unfortunately didn't cool and the shower tray was broken. All in all, I didn't like it that much. The highlight was the restaurant with a small garden.

The hotel itself is ok, the staff are nice and helpful, but if you are there to work the internet has to work, and there was no internet the entire time which is very frustrating.
