Because of flood it was hard to get to the hotel. We booked a family room which according to the descriptions supposed to have 2 double beds and 2 single beds. The room we got had 2 single beds with 2 single blankets

Hotel THule
Just an overnight stay before leaving early morning for airport. Family room large and clean. Stayed on a Sunday, the restaurant is NOT open on Sundays.

Fantastic Service and Big Rooms
Just had a one night stopover before heading to Swakopmund but enjoyed our stay. The rooms are big and views are great. The service is fantastic. The receptionist booked a shuttle from the airport and to Swakopmund that was a better price than we could find anywhere. The hotel is a little far away from town so plan accordingly.

We stayed there for the third time. Lovely view, very friendly and efficient staff. Will stay there again when in Windhoek.

Lovely hotel with spectacular views of Windhoek
I had a great stay in a comfortable, clean and spacious room. Breakfasts were excellent and the patio is the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day with a beautiful view. Location is also convenient, with other good restaurants within walking distance.

Great, Affordable Hotel close to downtown area
Beautiful location overlooking the town. Breakfast is sumptuous and plentiful. Two restaurants with great selections. Laundry service was spot on and very affordable. Staff was very helpful and even arranged hotel transportation to a local spot as early as 5AM. Great place.

Beautiful piece of paradise
This is such a wonderful place to stay the whole experience. It has the best view in Windhoek everyone comes here for sunset. Beautiful restaurant too. Small convienient Pool and huge rooms! No frills but huge and comfortable. So much wildlife too can see baboons on the hill, lizards and hyrax ana colourful birds all from the room window. The sunsets are wonderful. I Taxi’d everywhere as it’s easier and cheap enough unless you have a car which is great. The staff are wonderful. The delivered a free wine, newspaper and chocolates to my room because I was travelling alone and was reading outside in the sunset. Stayed here twice during my time for 6 nights. Great people and very well priced.

Stunningly good hotel
From the great facilities to the stunning views to the gorgeous (and huge!!) room, this place ticked all the boxes! And that's before I mention the super friendly staff - one of whom even insisted on ironing our shirts for us when we asked if we could borrow an iron! Admittedly, the rate was more than some of the other hotels nearby - but it was most definitely worth it!

Great view
Lovely hilltop room with views. Very nice desk staff. Comfortable rooms and patio sitting area was a nice bonus. Don't book for swimming; it's a puddle. Restaurant breakfast and dinner was good. Only negative was the chef screaming at the wait staff at dinner. Very uncomfortable.

Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel mit schöner Aussicht. Wir hatten ein wunderbares Familienapartment mit Balkon. Das Restaurant ist hervorragend. Vom Parkplatzwächter über die Rezeption bis zu den Kellnern im Restaurant sind alle um bestmöglichen Service bemüht. Wirklich eine Empfehlung.

Das Hotel hat eine absolute traumhafte Lage, da es auf einem Berg angesiedelt ist,abseits von jeglichem Trubel. Vom Restaurant hat man einen einzigartigen Blick über Windhoek.Leider hat das Restaurant an Sonn- und Feiertagen geschlossen.Auf Anfrage,wo man den traditionell gut essen könnte gab es nur ein Restaurantempfehlung.Allerdings wurde man dort mit dem Hoteleigenen Shuttle kostenlos hingebracht und auch wieder abgeholt.Das empfohlene Restaurant war mehr schlecht als recht.Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ absolut keine Wünsche offen es war phantastisch.

Awesome view in Windhoek
Spectacular spot! Good value for the money. Very nice view of the city at sunset. One of the rooms they give us was a big apartment! But the other rooms were also very spacious. We had a very good breakfast with an awesome view of town at sunrise. And it's a walking distance from Joe's beerhouse. We'll come back for sure.

Attraktive Lage, aufmersames, geschultes Personal.
Das Hotel ist fuer einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und geschult (deutsche Leitung). Viel macht die Lage aus, da der Blick aus dem Hotel ueber ein Tal unverbaut ist. Bis zur wenig attraktiven Innenstadt sind es dafuer einige Kilometer.

Tolle Lage über Windhoek
Schön gelegenes Hotel. Vom Restaurant und der Bar hat man einen tollen Blick über die Stadt. Wir waren am Anfang und am Ende der Reise dort und können nichts negatives berichten. Leider viel das Ende der Reise auf einen Sonntag und da war das Restaurant geschlossen. Das war sehr schade, weil wir am ersten Tag hier sehr gut gegessen hatten. Aber wir bekamen Vorschläge von alternativen Restaurants sowie einen kostenlosen Shuttle zu dem anderen Restaurant angeboten. Das war wirklich sehr nett. Insgesamt toller Start und tolles Ende unserer Reise und sehr zu empfehlen!

Hotel mit tollem Service und toller Aussicht
Wir haben uns 100 % wohl gefühlt! Großes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, großes Bad. Eher "rustikale" gepflegte Einrichtung. Ein offensichtlich deutsch geführtes Hotel: das sieht man auch beim Frühstück; es gibt Brötchen und auch sonst alles. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse aus ist toll. Insbesondere zum Abendessen haben wir das Restaurant gerne genutzt. Wir durften das Zimmer über die eigentliche Auscheck-Zeit hinaus für 2 weitere Stunden nutzen!
