Auch die Ansprechpartnerin Rosi ( im Haus unterhalb der Villa Flora) war sehr net und immer ansprechbar....

"Das Landhaus liegt sehr abgeschieden. Nachts ist es bei Wolken absolut dunkel und ruhig. Man hört nur die Steyr rauschen oder den Wind in den Bäumen. In etwas Abstand am Haus vorbei geht ein Wanderweg die Steyer entlang, der schöne Ausblicke auf das klare Bergwasser bietet. Da das Landhaus ganz unten im Flußtal liegt, ist es sehr windgeschützt. Mit den Öfen ist schnell geheizt und es verbreitet sich eine gemütliche Wärme. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber sehr stilvoll. Meine Frau und ich waren...

"- Nowhere is it mentioned that the apartment is in the basement; it is very dark. - One of the two bedrooms is in a former storage room, without windows, so there is no natural light or ventilation. - The apartment itself is very poorly maintained, dirty, with insects in the closets, dead insects on the windowsills, and cobwebs in the bathroom. The last estimated cleaning was about three months ago; it's evident that only the floor is being mopped. - The pool is closed, and the owner does not...

Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf den Berg Grimming war wunderschön und der Whirlpool ist das absolute Highlight. "Die Wohnung Top A8 ist für 2 Personen sowohl in Größe wie Ausstattung nahezu ideal. Bei der Dusche sollte ein Ausfluss-Stop in Richtung Schlafzimmer angebracht werden ( Türe oder Schwelle ), um den Fußboden im Schlafzimmer auf Dauer vor Schaden ( Aufquellen ) zu schützen. Ein TV Gerät im Schlafzimmer würde eine Steigerung der Wohnqualität bringen. Anschlüsse sind vorhanden. Für österr. Kunden wäre der Zugang zu ORF Programmen hilfreich."

"This hotel proved to be a true escape. The grounds and surrounding area are absolutely beautiful, providing a natural playground for our children who spent a happy morning just exploring. If we weren't on a tight schedule, we could have easily treated this as a destination resort. Adding to the delightful experience was a very good breakfast each morning. The facility itself has the character of an older building but is lovingly maintained, which adds to its charm. Guests should note the absence of air conditioning. Our stay coincided with a heatwave, which made the rooms rather warm. We found that opening the windows offered a pleasant breeze, though it's wise to turn off the lights first to keep insects out. Despite this, it didn't detract from our wonderful and memorable stay. WiFi is strong and fast on the first and second floors, but weak on the third floor. This is one thing that can be improved. "
