"The location was fantastic. We spent most of our time sitting out on the deck by the water, which was perfect. I loved that there were kayaks to use, we went out a few times. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook up some good meals! It was a great place to get some quality girls time."

"Has a wonderful time at this unique getaway. Host was great and very proactive. It is rustic, but overall very comfortable with a kitchenette and small balcony porch. Pro is that it is close to the river, downtown and historic Gruene district. Con is that it is also close to what appears to be an industrial machinery/boat dumping site. Pro is that it is unique and cozy with great indoor climate control. Con is that the upstairs bed sleeps more like a futon than a "real" mattress. That said, we would definitely stay here again - hopefully when it is warm enough to get in the pool that looks lovely!"
