Ferienwohnung in Frauendorf

Der Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war für uns angenehm (es steht in einer Ferienhäuser-Anlage, das wird im Angebot nicht erwähnt). Für sechs erwachsene Leute ist es gerade ausreichend. In der Küche Bad alles vorhanden, sogar ein Kugelgrill steht vor dem Haus. - Einziges Manko: es gibt nur 1 Toilette (die wird auf der Website als "Gäste-Toilette" bezeichnet, was normalerweise eine 2. im Bad bedeutet, also irreführend ist), das war zur 'rush-hour' am Morgen nicht unproblematisch. Dafür ist aber der Preis pro ÜN ok., also für die warme Jahreszeit auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

Heizung schlecht

Kommunikation mit fewo sehr schlecht vzw. Nicht möglich. Gottsei dank konnte man mit dem Besitzer sprechen. Der war sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Heizung war mehr als schlecht. Kein Hinweis bei der Buchung dass diese elektrisch Ist und dazu kommt. Haus ist sehr schlecht bzw. Fast far nicht gedämmt. somit entweder frieren oder teuer zusätzlich bezahlen. Kann nicht weiter empfohlen werden.

Schöne Umgebung, viel Ruhe, trotzdem schnell alles zu erreichen...

Check in sehr unproblematisch, wir durften sogar früher ins Haus, wofür wir sehr dankbar waren. Das Haus bietet alles notwendige was man braucht, es fehlte an nichts. Toller Garten, sehr ruhig, viel Natur, Schaukel, Grill, Sitzplätze ... vorhanden. Vorsicht Elektroheizung, im Herbst jetzt war es schon recht kühl und ohne Heizung ging nichts. Schön war der Kamin, den man kostenfrei nutzen durfte. Ein Manko für uns war, dass die Sauberkeit nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprach! Nachbesserung wäre erst am vorletzten Tag möglich gewesen. Fotos kann man leider nicht hier einstellen. Viele Besichtigungsziele gut und schnell erreichbar. Passau ca. 15 Minuten, Pullman City ....

Alles in Ordnung nur hatten wir schlechtes Wetter und es war kalt. Mit den vorhandenen Heizmöglichkeiten haben wir 7 Tage gefroren und da ist es dann doch ungemütlich.

Schöne, ruhige, sehr abgelegene Unterkunft.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, wir haben die ruhige und naturnahe Lage sehr genossen. Das Haus war einfach eingerichtet, aber mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Es ist sehr dunkel im haus, man muss auch tagsüber Licht machen. Es führen ein, zwei Wanderwege von der Siedlung weg, ansonsten ist man auf das Auto angewiesen.

Guter Standard

Das Ferienhaus ist guter Standard, jedoch kein Komfortferienhaus wie im Inserat betitelt. Check in und check out waren ohne persönliche Beteiligung des Vermieters, es wurde lediglich der Code für das Zahlenschloss in der Tür via App mitgeteilt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war zeitnah per eMail. Haus und Einrichtung waren gepflegt, funktionell und sauber. Für uns war im Winter die Stromheizung von Nachteil, weil der Stromverbrauch gesondert abgerechnet wurde. Der Vermieter stellte jedoch Brennholz kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das Feriendorf liegt ruhig, jedoch gibt es keine Infrastruktur. Für alle Aktivitäten muß immer das Auto genutzt werden, auch zum Wandern. Es gibt nur einen Wanderweg fußläufig zu erreichen, ansonsten sind es nur Nebenstraßen. Echt lästig mit Hund, vor allem morgens und abends im Dunkeln. Wenn man jedoch das Auto nimmt gibt es viele schöne Spots zum Wandern an der Donau, auch ist Vilshofen ein nettes Städtchen. Fazit: Gut für eine Woche zum Chillen und Lesen.

Die Beurteilung von den ferienhau Frauendorf Haus 20 vom 28.05 bis 04.05.2022...fällt nichts so gut

Das Haus ist sehr dunkel. Für 6 Personen wäre es zu klein. Ein Eltern Schlafzimmer okay. Zweite Zimmer sehr klein mit kleiner kommode. Küche sehr klein, eine Toilette für vier gegebenenfalls sechs Personen zu wenig. 91 qm auf 4 Etagen. Nachfrage wegen kamin Holz wurde prompt geliefert. Staubsauger war defekt, Dunstabzugshaube Licht kaputt ,Badezimmer Spiegel Licht kaputt. Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen über. Wanderwege ? Konnte mit den Hunden nur auf der Straße spazieren gehen ,angeleint. Wir können es für 6 Personen nicht empfehlen

Genau das, was wir gesucht haben!

Perfekte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung, ist von oben bis unten mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, sogar darüber hinaus! Bequeme Betten, ein Schwedenofen, der die Abende kuschlig warm macht. Stets heißes Wasser und eine sehr gute Toilettenspülung - auch nicht selbstverständlich! Küche voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle Töpfe Pfannen Besteck Geschirr Kaffeemaschine etc. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und hätten gut noch länger bleiben können. Wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus ist wunderschön und es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Das Objekt war leider bei Ankunft noch sehr schmutzig, weshalb wir den avwrmieter direkt kontaktiert hatten und dies klären konnten. Die Lage ist super ruhig gelegen und war perfekt für eine Auszeit umgeben von der Natur.
