"We had an amazing experience at Remington. Super easy to check in and felt very welcomed. We had not stayed in area before and their local guide book helped us find some wonderful places. Bathrooms were nice & very clean. AC excellent. After driving by hotels in the area would stay without hesitation again. Remington is clearly superior. The herb and vegetable garden out back is such a nice touch. Love it! "

"It was a perfect getaway in Northern Colorado. The apartment was as cute as described including the amazing garden area. Lynn's poetry was a nice touch to go with all the artwork. We also enjoyed how close this was to the downtown area with the great local restaurants - completely walkable. "

"Overall it was fine but it’s not well kept. No hand soap in the bathrooms, towel holders and TP holders falling off the wall, sink plugs not connected, stained carpets and cleaning could be better. But it wasn’t dirty, beds we’re comfortable enough and it worked for what we needed. Would be easy to make this a 5 star place with a little maintenance and accommodation. "

"The overall layout of the unit is nice with bathroom for each bedroom. The beds however are not big enough for an adult couple to sleep comfortably.The living area is comfortable and big. The kitchen is well stocked and parking easy. Carpet worn and stained and couches which are vinyl torn. Dogs upstairs barked all night and when we arrived the fire alarm batteries were low and beeped. They did come to replace the next morning. Overall nice set up and cozy, but Needs new carpet and couches and...
