"Extremely clean, front desk could have been more helpful but they were not rude. We stayed in a King Suite and it was newly renovated, the bed was comfortable and the decor was on point! The best part, location! We went across the street and ate at the Bistro which overlooks the river. Excellent service! For dinner we ate at the Keg and the steaks were amazing!"

"Loved having the ability to park on site at a hotel, go to a show, have dinner, and play at the casino all in one spot. Weird Al was awesome! Our room was decent. The shower temperatures were backwards on the handle and could’ve used more pressure, but that’s about it. The bed was great!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was fine. Breakfast was the usual fair of breakfast cereals, bagels, toast, and muffins.....they have hot items from a waffle maker, and a small tray of eggs and sausage.....small supply, so you have to camp out in the area and grab some while you can, as the other guests dive bomb the supply to overflow their plates to snag it all for themselves. 24/7 coffee and tea machine was nice. The Only issue was the room air-conditioner kept shutting off with the error code E9. I looked it up online, it was for excessive moisture and the unit shut off to protect itself. Not surprising since we were there in a MASSIVE HEAT WAVE when it was 100+ degrees during the day, and only got down to 80 degrees at night with a lot of humidity. We had to keep turning it off and back on to reset the unit so it would blow cold air. Sever other guests had the same issue, and we didn't bother the staff about it. Way beyond their control.....we've stayed there with no issues previously in normal weather. Otherwise, another pleasant stay. We've been there several times and for the cost you really get a lot compared to other hotels in the area. They worked with me to give a refund when we had to leave 2 days earlier than our reservation. (The wife and I both got heat stroke and sick, so we cut our vacation short.) I would recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Our room was incredible, staff was very nice and helpful…the pool and hot tub were not up and running and we were really looking forward to using those and we weren’t overly impressed with the next door hotel’s pool that they kindly were going to let us use, so we didn’t. Views, location and price were great!! We’ll be back soon!!!"

"-Room was clean and spacious. it had a full fridge, microwave and a cook top with all the utensils needed to make a full meal. -the bed was very comfortable -breakfast was very good..it was basic (eggs, bacon or ham or turkey sausage) some fresh fruits, good selection of yogurt and cereals. -staff was very friendly and helpful -hotel parking was $17 per day but there are other options close by the hotel -walking distance from Caesars casino and hotel is about 10 min..and is the same for the water front"
