  • Booking at Dordéan Suites of Chester allows guests to be part of something that is bigger than just themselves, it’s about supporting a broader community and truly making a positive difference in someone’s life. In conjunction with hosting lovely guests, our goal is to also provide vocational training for adults with disabilities in a safe, community-based setting. These tiny homes are full of big dreams and big hearts.

    Guests will have their own private parking area with professionally landscaped pathways leading to your suite

    CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
    Check-in: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM. If you are arriving outside of check-in times, please call or text message to make arrangements. If you fail to notify us of your anticipated check-in time, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to access your suite until the following morning, and you will be charged for the night’s stay. Check-out: 11:00 AM. For customers who check out later than 12:00 PM daily, the daily site/room fee will be charged.

    VISITORS
    Visiting hours are between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. All visitors with daily entry must leave before 9:00 PM. Visitors who do not comply with the property regulations will be ordered to leave. Guests must provide notice should they wish to have additional visitors on the property. Visitors will be charged $40 for overnight stay if they stay the night in the primary guest’s booked suite.

This was the cutest tiny house, every last details from the stools and fold down table to the storage under the bed was so convenient. The bathroom was huge, lots of clean towels for shower and hot tub. Outdoor had a beautiful deck with a propane table, hot tub and eating area. We absolutely loved it and will return.

The Dordean Suites was above and beyond our expectations. Of all the places we stayed in on our road trip through Nova Scotia this was by far the most reasonable in terms of price and experience In addition to being beautiful, clean it offered so many unexpected amenities - a private hot tub, barbecue AND fire table for each unit and a welcome basket with delicious snacks. Each unit was bright, clean and spacious eith AC and heat. We had the privilege of meeting the owners Renena and Sean as well as their daughter McKenzie, who was the inspiration behind the project. The suite was e fully accessible and is staffed by individuals with special needs who get on the job training and experience. What an amazing family and what an amazing place.

Unique property. Cozy warm and welcoming from the get go. Owners would respond to questions within minutes. Accommodations were immaculate and had everything we needed. They've literally thought of everything. Can't wait to visit again

We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay in the Tulip Suite. We got great use out of the hot tub and propane fire pit. The tiny home was well laid out, well equipped, and well stocked. We appreciated the thoughtful little extras including the snack basket, s'mores kit, personal welcome note, and curated playlist. The communal area was beautiful. The suite we stayed in was fully accessible for those with mobility issues. The property was beautifully landscaped and the hosts were friendly and attentive. The business is pet friendly and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, we had a great two-night vacation. We will definitely recommend you to our family and friends!

A very special place. We learned that tiny homes are fun. Be sure to spend time on the deck, using the grill and chairs, etc. The shared spaces were also inviting and picturesque.

The Tulip suite was quaint, modern, very clean and cozy. We absolutely loved the large deck, firetable, and hotub! The surroundings were so pretty. We were so impressed with the landscaping and private layout. I appreciated the text message asking if we needed anything. The only thing that might have made the experience perfect was longer lasting hot water in the shower. We understand, tiny home, tiny water tank. Rest assured, that would be the only thing that would have made it 100% perfect. Love how your family gives back to the community. Love MacKenzie's photograph in the suite. I will be back!❤️
