Booking at Dordéan Suites of Chester allows guests to be part of something that is bigger than just themselves, it’s about supporting a broader community and truly making a positive difference in someone’s life. In conjunction with hosting lovely guests, our goal is to also provide vocational training for adults with disabilities in a safe, community-based setting. These tiny homes are full of big dreams and big hearts.

Guests will have their own private parking area with professionally landscaped pathways leading to your suite

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM. If you are arriving outside of check-in times, please call or text message to make arrangements. If you fail to notify us of your anticipated check-in time, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to access your suite until the following morning, and you will be charged for the night’s stay. Check-out: 11:00 AM. For customers who check out later than 12:00 PM daily, the daily site/room fee will be charged.

VISITORS
Visiting hours are between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. All visitors with daily entry must leave before 9:00 PM. Visitors who do not comply with the property regulations will be ordered to leave. Guests must provide notice should they wish to have additional visitors on the property. Visitors will be charged $40 for overnight stay if they stay the night in the primary guest’s booked suite.

The cleanliness was impeccable, the hospitality was lovely. Everything one needs while away from home was supplied and then some ! Would definitely visit again !

This was the cutest tiny house, every last details from the stools and fold down table to the storage under the bed was so convenient. The bathroom was huge, lots of clean towels for shower and hot tub. Outdoor had a beautiful deck with a propane table, hot tub and eating area. We absolutely loved it and will return.

A very special place. We learned that tiny homes are fun. Be sure to spend time on the deck, using the grill and chairs, etc. The shared spaces were also inviting and picturesque.

The Tulip suite was quaint, modern, very clean and cozy. We absolutely loved the large deck, firetable, and hotub! The surroundings were so pretty. We were so impressed with the landscaping and private layout. I appreciated the text message asking if we needed anything. The only thing that might have made the experience perfect was longer lasting hot water in the shower. We understand, tiny home, tiny water tank. Rest assured, that would be the only thing that would have made it 100% perfect. Love how your family gives back to the community. Love MacKenzie's photograph in the suite. I will be back!❤️
