"The room was clean. The staff was nice, but I had a loud noise in my room every hour on the hour from the air-conditioning unit, the maintenance man came in and stated he would fix it in just a little while and never showed back up. The ceiling in the room was also cracking. Also the windows had plastic on them, taped down from painting outside, so I couldn’t let any natural sunlight in. The Housekeeper came and brought me towels, they did not ask if I needed my room cleaned, they never came to take out the trash. Also, I was a woman traveling alone, and it was a lot of men in the parking lot at night that made me feel very uncomfortable. The staff stated they would contact the management. I don’t know if they did it or not. I would not stay here again."
