High Country Villa 238-Luxury Villa in Terrace Downs

Your luxury 3 Bedroom Villa overlooks the acclaimed Terrace Downs Golf Course, which rates as one of New Zealand’s leading golf courses. All of this with fantastic views towards Rakaia Gorge, Mt Hutt Ski Field and surrounding mountains, and located 1 hours drive from Christchurch airport & 20 minutes from Methven Township and the base of Mt Hutt skifield.

Villa 238 contains 3 bedrooms, 2 Bedrooms contain California Kings with the 3rd bedroom containing 2 Single beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with raised double spa bath. A second bathroom services the other 2 bedrooms. The villa is fully self-contained with a full kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave, open plan living/dining area, laundry facilities and covered car park. It also contains a television, DVD Player, and CD stereo player.

The Terrace Downs Resort provides for a full range of activities from golf, tennis courts, gym, walking, biking, health spa, clay bird shooting, horse rides, jet boating, restaurants. Helicopter flights can also be arranged from the clubhouse with a shuttle service to Mt Hutt ski field from the club house during the ski season. There is currently no wifi provided at the Villa although free wifi is available at the club house.
