My only small complaint was the maintenance man had to come to stop the water from recirculating in the bathroom but he was there within 5 minutes and it was fixed
Gorgeous property, delicious breakfast, lobby was stunning, staff was extremely attentive and did everything they could to make things simple for the guests.
As an American we are told that Europeans aren’t always the friendliest - this is simply not the case - the people of Budapest and the hotel staff did everything they could to inform you about the city and the best places to visit etc … from what I was told Johnny Depp was actually at the hotel on Tuesday . It was a great time and I would highly recommend rebooking
