The staff is very friendly. The temperature of indoor pool was very cold since they didn't offer warm water. My grand kids were very disappointed. Some areas were not very clean inside the room. I think they should change the carpet. It's very old.

Staff were very good. Room cleaned daily. Breakfast was adequate for our needs. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. A/c efficient. A bit of wear evident, but all in all a good place.
