It’s very close to downtown, where all the government offices, restaurants, pubs & shopping places are.
And since it’s center of city, public transportation is not a problem & the closest bus stop is 4-5 minute walk.

It’s very central, so getting from our home to anywhere is Pretty convenient.

🚫 Zero Tolerance Policy:
We maintain a 100% smoke-free and drug-free property.
• Prohibited: Smoking, vaping, and all illegal substances (indoors and outdoors).
• Penalty: Any odor or evidence of these substances will result in immediate eviction without a refund, plus a mandatory $200–$250 deep cleaning charge for professional sanitization and odor removal.

📸 Guest ID Requirement:
For the safety of our home, residents, and other guests—and to comply with local regulations and insurance requirements—we require all guests to provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID prior to check-in via the app message thread. The name on the ID must match the primary name on the booking. Host reserves the right to request and verify physical government-issued IDs for all guests upon arrival. All information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for verification purposes.

🧍 Single Occupancy & Visitor Policy:
If your booking is for one (1) person, additional guests or unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited on the premises at any time.
• Visitor Penalty: Any unauthorized visitor brought onto the property will incur a charge of $110 per person per day.
• Overnight Violation: Any unauthorized guest staying overnight will incur an additional charge of $110 per person per night.

🧹 Cleanliness & Dining:
We take pride in maintaining a clean environment and ask that you keep your room and all common areas tidy.
• To keep our linens fresh, eating in bed is strictly prohibited. Please use the desk and chair provided in your room or the communal dining table on the main floor for all meals.

👟 Footwear & Washroom Etiquette:
• Footwear: Shoes must be removed and left neatly on the shoe rack at the entrance.
• Washroom: Please maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the shared washroom for the comfort of all residents and housemates.
