Room was clean enough. Elevator needed cleaned, smelled back and shoes stuck to the floor. Pool area was clean, had to get staff to open it. Pool was cold but hot tub was comfortable. Lots of security staff at hotel.

Nice quiet room. Slept well. Breakfast was great and you could take the buffet (which I did because I was flying) or order off of a menu. Airport shuttle runs every 40 minutes.

The staff was very friendly but their hands were tied. The room was missing furniture. There was no easy chair and foot stool , no table and chairs. The staff changed our room. It did have a small table and chairs but no easy chair and foot stool. The lamp in the corner worked but was really wobbly. One bedside lamp was broken, the bathroom sink would not drain. The TV remote would not work. The room was clean so we stayed the night. I shared our concerns with the staff in the morning. They were apologetic and offered us a free breakfast which we enjoyed.

This is not downtown but still convenient with uber or rental car. Hotel itself is clean and spacious with areas on the main floor to gather. Coffee shop also available on the ground floor - bonus

The staff were amazing, working through some challenging times with northern fires and other issues and rooms on a high demand for refugees. That stag was incredible. We were on a quiet floor and it was that. Quite comfortable and in the heat it was very cool and comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable.
