The pool facility was in the same filthy state two days in a row, noticing the same dirt, debris and possible fecal matter on the tiled floor. There was no bathroom facility within the pool area, which made it quite difficult for the little ones. The closest bathroom was up a stair way and an elevator ride. How could this be overlooked when creating a pool area? I have no doubt the pool must have been filled with urine because of this. The key fobs to gain access to the pool area did not work morning, afternoon and early evening and you had to ask the front desk to let you in. First hotel room I’ve ever stayed in where the sink was outside of the bathroom, it seemed very odd. Very disappointed and I wouldn’t stay here again and for the price I paid, I could have stayed at a far better establishment.

My husband and I came into Winnipeg for a concert at Club Regent Casino so we booked a room here... When we arrived, they gave us a room with two queens instead of the king that we booked. The toilet in our room was trouble and sounded like it was running all night, plus it wouldn't flush properly. Well before check-out in the morning, we got a knock at the door from house keeping saying that nobody was checked into the room.

We got an upgrade for our room which was nice but it was not cleaned properly, bedding left in room, bathroom was not cleaned. The beds are not comfortable at all in 136.

Room was warm
We had the two bedroom suite. We found the room was spacious and definitely suited our needs. However, the room was warm. It would have been nice to open a window to get some air flow as the room seemed ‘stuffy’. The air conditioner was on, but did not cool the room down.

I had a King room with 2 teenagers and I tried to get a cot but I was told they couldn’t give me one due to fire code. My room was not cleaned on 2nd day expecting to come to a clean room after a full day of shopping. I had to ask for bath towels. I had to use my hair clip to keep the blinds shut as blinds are old and clips missing so don’t hang properly.

Overall the hotel was good, staff was very friendly, food at the restaurant was good, pool was fun and the waterslide kept us busy for a few hours. We did have some loud ppl on our floor that decided to be noisy until about 3:00 in the morning and that kept us up. But besides that it was an overall good experience.
