You won't miss home- promise! This is the entire main floor of a character-filled home in quiet Fort Richmond over 1,000 sq ft, all yours. Your bedroom: a large master with a queen bed, private attached half bathroom, big closet, 45" TV and a desk area for working or studying. Second bedroom also has a queen size bed with a large closet and study-table and chair. Bathrooms: your private half bath off the bedroom, plus a full bathroom with great lighting just outside your door. Kitchen: a real cook's kitchen — full-size pots and pans, baking trays, slow cooker, Magic Bullet, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, wine glasses. Living and dining: comfy sectional, 65" TV with Netflix, a huge dining table and a foosball table. Outside: a small deck over a large backyard, BBQ, and free parking for up to 4 vehicles. The basement is a separate unit with quiet long-term tenants. Separate entrance, no shared space. You have the entire main floor of the house to yourself - your own private entrance, your own space, no shared living areas. Check-in is self-service with a smart lock. You will receive your own door code before arrival, so you can let yourself in any time after 4:00 PM - including late arrivals. Checkout is at 12:00 noon. Please note: the basement is a separate, self-contained unit occupied by me and my family - we are are quiet, respectful and keep to ourselves. You will rarely know we are there. We have our own entrance and there is no shared living space between the units. We simply ask that you extend the same courtesy and observe quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. You will have complete privacy, but I am never far away by message or phone and I answer quickly. Self check-in means you arrive on your own schedule - after a long drive, a late flight or an evening game, just punch in your code and you are in. If anything is missing or you are unsure where to find something, message me. A smooth, stress-free stay is the whole point. For your peace of mind, there are exterior security camera covering the outside of the property only. There are no cameras or recording devices anywhere inside the home. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed throughout. - No pets or parties allowed - No smoking inside the bedrooms or unit. You will have to step outside to smoke. - Quiet hours: Between 11 PM and 7 AM An honest note: this is a real house with character, not a brand-new build. You may spot a small scuff or a cosmetic imperfection here and there - the kind of thing a home collects over the years. What we never compromise on is cleanliness, comfort and making sure everything works properly. Guests tell us it feels like staying at a friend's place rather than a hotel, and that is exactly what we are going for.
