Property was very clean however the upstairs unit had a dog that liked to bark and the tenants were heavy walking. It would have been nice to have access to a washer and dryer as well. Shopping , dining, and entertainment were 15 min away.

Visiting family in south Winnipeg

I had an excellent experience and wonderful stay. This clean, well-equipped, 1-bedroom unit in the basement of a newer home was perfect for my stay. The private entrance and on-site parking allowed me to be independent. I recommend this as a great rental opportunity.

Coffee pot was an Espresso which takes specific pods, of which there were only two, so we had to go out and buy more. Would have been nice to know ahead of time.Had to search for bath towels which were eventually found on shelf in bedroom closet. Why not put on the bed if not in the bathroom.Annoying noise from upstairs, walking about, dog barking.Would be nice to have box of tissues, can opener, scissors and more tea towels. Not sure how well it was cleaned as found long hairs (which we don’t have) on floor in bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen and bathroom were clean otherwise.Space itself was very nice, well laid out and comfortable beds, nice layout in bathroom but a hook somewhere to hang housecoat would be nice.
